Claude Monet - View of Vétheuil
Check out the cool footpath in the poppy field leading to the church tower in Vétheuil, a village near Paris. Monet painted this view from an island in the Seine River, but you can't see the water because of the poplar trees. Monet did a lot of paintings around Vétheuil in the summer of 1880, and you can see three more at the Metropolitan Museum.
